In the Boys Division, Dalinka said he thought putting was the best part of his game and a nice putt for bogey on No. 10 saved his round.
I got it rolling today and kept it going, Dalinka said.
Dalinka birdied Nos. 2, 4, 7, 12 and 18 for a 2-under-par 33 on the front nine and an even-par 36 on the back nine.

In the Girls Division, Schiavone said she used course management to set her in the lead.
If I hit a bad shot, Schiavone said. I hit it in a spot where I could get out.
Tied for first with Schiavone, Morrell said she feels pretty confident going into the second round.
I finished my round in style by birdieing No. 18, where I also had an audience, Morrell said. Lipa said it feels good to be in the lead, but knows she has two more days left in the tournament.
I just want to stay calm, I know I have it in me, Lipa said. I have to believe in myself and keep at it.
