Refund Policy

Please review the following refund policy before withdrawing from an AJGA tournament or AJGA Qualifier..

NOTE: All processing fees (applying to more than one tournament in a given week) are non-refundable.

Tournaments: Once a member pays the entry fee for a tournament, the event fee is non-refundable (limited exceptions may apply). The Pay By Dates for tournaments are posted on the AJGA website under Dates to Remember.

AJGA Qualifiers: When applying to an AJGA Qualifier, the credit card is automatically charged the AJGA Qualifier fee. Members who gain entry to an AJGA Qualifier field may withdraw up to three weeks prior to the AJGA Qualifier and receive a full refund of the AJGA Qualifier fee. Also, if a member remains on the AJGA Qualifier alternate list, and does not play in the AJGA Qualifier, he will receive a full refund of the AJGA Qualifier fee. AJGA Qualifier refunds are issued after completion of the coinciding tournament.

If a member withdraws within three weeks of the AJGA Qualifier, regardless of when they signed up for the event, the member will not receive a refund (limited exceptions may apply). To get the most up-to-date list of AJGA Qualifier refund deadlines, please refer to the AJGA website. The dates will be listed under Dates to Remember.

Membership: After your membership has been submitted, the membership dues are non-refundable.  If a membership is submitted mistakenly, the member should call Player Services (770-868-4200) within one business day to request a refund.

NOTE: If you withdraw from any AJGA event into which you have been accepted, you will not receive the associated tournament or qualifier gifts.

ACE

The Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) Grant program provides financial assistance to junior golfers who wish to play in AJGA events. Its goal is to give top-flight golf opportunities to young golfers regardless of financial resources. This program helps to fulfill the AJGA’s mission of developing young men and women who aspire to earn college golf scholarships through competitive junior golf.

Leadership Links

What is Leadership Links?

Leadership Links is a new program whereby the AJGA is able to further its mission to help develop young men and women by teaching charitable giving skills and service-oriented practices at an early age. This program gives juniors all the tools necessary to donate their time, talent and resources to local charities and the AJGA youth development programs. Please click here to learn more about the program and the different opportunities available.
