Spring events lock in Polo Golf Rankings points value

Two spring events, the Under Armour ® / Hunter Mahan Championship and the Exide Technologies Junior Championship, have both been locked in at 80 Polo Golf Rankings points each for both the Girls and Boys Divisions. The guaranteed values stems from the consistently strong fields seen at both events.

The Under Armour® / Hunter Mahan Championship, which will be held April 13-15, 2012, is a favorite of AJGA members thanks to Mahan’s hands-on approach to hosting the event. Held in Mahan’s hometown of McKinney, Texas, participants are able to play in a “Beat the Pro” skills challenge against the former Rolex Junior Player of the Year.

The Exide Technologies Junior Open will be held in John’s Creek, Ga., April 13-15, 2012, at The Country Club of the South. In 2011, the event was won by Rolex Junior All-American and PING Junior Solheim Cup Team member Mariah Stackhouse. In the Boys Division, University of Florida freshman JD Tomlinson took home the trophy.
