"The AJGA meant a lot for my junior career because it gave me an opportunity to play against the best players in the nation and ultimately allowed me to get a full scholarship."
Phil Mickelson, three-time Rolex Junior Player of the Year, Graduate of Arizona State (1992)
"The AJGA really taught me to move up to the highest level of junior golf. My experience definitely helped me get a scholarship to Arizona State."
Grace Park, two-time Rolex Junior Player of the Year
“The AJGA helped shape my golf career. I think playing against the best players across the country at each tournament just built my game up and gave me confidence and allowed me to play college golf and now on the PGA TOUR. I watched some kids swing some clubs at my AJGA event and every year I come back and I’m impressed with what I see… I’m sure I’ll see some of these kids out on TOUR.”
"The AJGA provided an opportunity for me to mature and develop as a golfer and as a person. Many of the friends I made through the AJGA are now competing with me on the PGA TOUR. The quality of competition the AJGA offers is the best in the world."
Tiger Woods, two-time Rolex Junior Player of the Year

What is Leadership Links?
Leadership Links is a new program whereby the AJGA is able to further its mission to help develop young men and women by teaching charitable giving skills and service-oriented practices at an early age. This program gives juniors all the tools necessary to donate their time, talent and resources to local charities and the AJGA youth development programs.
