- The AJGA will head to Oxnard, Calif., for the third time in 2013. River Ridge Golf Club hosted the AJGA in 2009 and 2011.
|Of the 78 players native to California, six will travel the short distance to River Ridge Golf Club as they are from the Oxnard area. Oxnard High golfer Kyle McLay won the Boys Championship Division of the Ventura County Junior Golf Association's Custom Awards Classic at River Ridge in February. Patrick Holden tied for second at the event and will return to River Ridge to play in the AJGA event. Oxnard High junior Kristin Diep will play in her second AJGA event of 2013 after finishing 11th at the Preseason Junior at Marshallia Ranch. Victor Ponte and Brigitte Dunne of Camarillo will also represent the surrounding area.|

Top Players to Watch
The AJGA Junior at River Ridge will have AJGA communications representatives on hand to assist media throughout the week. Prior to the tournament the AJGA will provide information about the event and its participants, as well as assist with player interviews.
After each round, media officials on-site will write a recap with the day's results. These will be emailed to all media outlets. Interviews with AJGA Tournament Directors, Tournament Chairmen and juniors may be conducted before or after tournament rounds.
