The AJGA offers two different types of internship opportunities (traveling and in-house). The traveling internship consists of six intern teams (seven interns per team). Each team is assigned to one region of the country and travels from tournament site to tournament site each week to conduct the events. Each intern team is comprised of five tournament operations and two communications interns. Below are both job descriptions. The travel internship is offered in both the spring and summer seasons.

The AJGA internship requires extensive travel, is difficult and demanding, but at the same time is very rewarding.  No other internship will better prepare you for a career in the golf industry. The internship will help one mature and prepare for one's future.  The AJGA's staff is respected and viewed with great admiration by parents, players, sponsors and golf industry.
