AHEAD, “The Official Headwear of the AJGA,” has been an Official Partner since 2003. AHEAD is the exclusive supplier of all AJGA tournament headwear, and annually supplies more than 22,000 hats to players, volunteers, Junior-Am participants, parents and friends of the AJGA.
FOOTJOY, the No. 1 Shoe and Glove in golf, is also “The Official Footwear of the AJGA.” FootJoy is the exclusive provider of staff footwear and weather gear, and has supported the AJGA since 1995.
FootJoy is the title sponsor of the prestigious FJ Invitational in Greensboro, N.C., and champions of the exclusive event are awarded a tournament exemption into the Wyndham Championship, which is annually held in August.
FootJoy is also the proprietor of FJ Live Scoring, held at all AJGA Invitationals, which allows AJGA parents, friends, supporters and college golf coaches immediate access to results. GARY GILCHRIST GOLF ACADEMY, a full-time signature golf instruction program located at Howey-in-the-Hills, Fla., began as an Official Partner of the AJGA in 2009. The partnership features an endowment of an Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) Grant and the naming rights to the Gary Gilchrist Golf Academy Junior All-Star Series, which provides juniors ages 12-15 access to national competitive golf opportunities.
GENESIS NETWORKS, a global leader in network and IT solutions, will sponsor three events on the 2011 schedule, providing playing opportunities in Texas, California and New Jersey.
the world’s largest technology company, has supported the HP Scholastic Junior All-America Team since its inception in 1988. The HP Scholastic Junior All-American selections are based on grade-point average, class rank, SAT/ACT/PLAN/PSAT Scores, community service, golfing ability and writing skills.
Additionally, HP supports the HP Boys Championship at Carlton Woods, an event on the AJGA schedule since 1987 and supported by the technology company since 2003. The longest-running, all-boys Invitational on the AJGA schedule, the HP Boys Championship at Carlton Woods features an impressive list of past champions, including college and professional stars such as Rickie Fowler, Morgan Hoffmann, Jim Furyk, David Duval and Tiger Woods.
HP has endowed an ACE Grant, provides technology upgrades to the Association on an annual basis and has supported the AJGA Cares for the Course initiative since 2008.
PING, a golf club manufacturer with the goal to help golfers play their best, has been an AJGA supporter since 1990 and began supporting the PING Phoenix Junior in 1991. The PING Invitational, one of the AJGA's top invitationals held over Columbus Day weekend, will celebrated its fifth year at Karsten Creek Golf Club and the biennial PING Junior Solheim Cup was held in Ireland in 2011.
PING, an Official Partner since 2002, provides the PING college golf guide to AJGA members, sponsors PING College Golf Signing Day and in 2009, became "The Official Bag of the AJGA.” In 2010, PING began giving golf bags to all AJGA champions.
TaylorMade-adidas Golf, an industry leader in golf equipment innovation, became an Official Partner in 2011. The company will partner with two AJGA Open events and The Junior PLAYERS Championship presented by TaylorMade-adidas Golf. Additionally, the TaylorMade-adidas Golf Qualifier Series will offer junior golfers across the nation the opportunity to "play their way in to" coinciding AJGA Open tournaments or earn a Tournament Exemption or Performance Star for a future event. The TaylorMade-adidas Golf Qualifier Series will offer opportunities for AJGA juniors at approximately 50 AJGA Open events.
a civic organization developed to promote the City of Phoenix through athletics, has supported the Thunderbird International Junior since 2000. Held on Grayhawk Golf Club's Raptor Course, the event features an invitation-only field of eligible AJGA members from the previous year's Rolex Junior All-America Teams and select international champions. Since 2004, The Thunderbirds organization has donated more than $219,000 back to local golf charities in honor of AJGA junior golfers.
WINN GRIPS, a golf industry leader in high-performance golf grip technology, became an Official Partner in 2009. In 2011, Winn Grips sponsored the Winn Grips Heather Farr Classic hosted by Longbow Golf Club, and was the Preferred Grip of the Gary Gilchrist Golf Academy Junior All-Star Series, will provide grips and grip services to AJGA members at select tournaments and will continue the Winn Junior Cup Challenge, a competition hosted by Butch Harmon and Natalie Gulbis.

Wyndham Worldwide provides AJGA members with special offers at its properties, which include approximately 7,360 franchised hotels and vacation ownership resorts with approximately 630,300 rooms worldwide.
Since 2011, Wyndham Worldwide has supported the Wyndham Cup, one of the AJGA’s marquee events. The Wyndham Cup annually brings together 40 of the nation’s top juniors in an East versus West team match play tournament.
GLOBAL GOLF POST, a weekly digital publication, features junior content, provides in-kind advertising to the Association and its supporters, and has partnered with the AJGA to contribute financially to the ACE Grant Program.
GOLFWEEK, America's Golf Newspaper, continues its support of the AJGA as an official media partner in 2010 by reporting scores from every AJGA tournament and providing a one-year subscription to each AJGA member. Golfweek first began its subscription service to members in 1994 and supported events for 12 years (from 1995-2006).
GOLF WORLD, an award-winning weekly golf publication, became an Official Media Partner of the AJGA in 2009. The partnership includes monthly publication of the Polo Golf Rankings, distribution of Golf World to all AJGA members and in-kind advertising for the Association and its sponsors.
The American Junior Golf Foundation is the primary recipient of all charitable giving to the AJGA and as such administers a variety of programs designed to compliment the AJGA and the members and families who make up our community. The Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) Grant program provides financial assistance to junior golfers who wish to play in AJGA events. Its goal is to give top-flight golf opportunities to young golfers regardless of financial resources. This program helps to fulfill the AJGA’s mission of developing young men and women who aspire to earn college golf scholarships through competitive junior golf.
What is Leadership Links?
Leadership Links is a new program whereby the AJGA is able to further its mission to help develop young men and women by teaching charitable giving skills and service-oriented practices at an early age. This program gives juniors all the tools necessary to donate their time, talent and resources to local charities and the AJGA youth development programs.
