Player Assistance

The AJGA Player Services Department is designed to service your membership needs. Player Services Representatives are trained personnel dedicated to assisting parents and juniors with any questions and concerns. Please read through the FAQ section of the website. If you still have questions, the AJGA Player Services Department can be reached from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, by calling (877) 373-2542 or (770) 868-4200. If someone is not able to answer your call immediately, feel free to e-mail one of the representatives below or the general Player Services email at ajga@ajga.org.

Riley Tracy (rtracy@ajga.org)
Director of Tournament Administration
Riley is responsible for tournament fields and TaylorMade-adidas Golf Qualifier on a weekly basis. He adds players into the tournament field from the alternate list and withdraws players from the tournament or TaylorMade-adidas Golf Qualifier fields. Riley is also responsible for the AJGA Polo Golf Rankings.

Chandler Sweat (csweat@ajga.org)
Director of Player Services
Chandler is the primary Player Services staff person responsible for the AJGA’s Performance Based Entry system. This includes managing the process to approve and include  non-AJGA tournaments in the system as well as ensuring member records are updated with PBE earnings on a timely basis.. He also oversees the Gary Gilchrist Golf Academy / Montverde Academy Junior All-Star entry process.

Kelli Holloway (kholloway@ajga.org)
Manager of Customer Relations
Kelli manages the AJGA Coaches Corner membership.  She is responsible for processing proof-of-age documentation received from AJGA members and responding to the Player Services general email (ajga@ajga.org). 

Blake Brittain (bbrittain@ajga.org)
Member Services Coordinator
Blake manages and processes player memberships, which includes preparing and mailing membership gifts each season.  He also assists with field processing.

 

SPECIAL NOTE:

Player Services sends e-mails to all members on a weekly basis during the playing season. These e-mails contain announcements, tips, field openings and other information we feel benefit our members. Please be sure to include the general AJGA e-mail address (ajga@ajga.org) in your approved e-mail recipients, so your spam filter will not block the address and you will be able to receive this valuable information.

ACE

The Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) Grant program provides financial assistance to junior golfers who wish to play in AJGA events. Its goal is to give top-flight golf opportunities to young golfers regardless of financial resources. This program helps to fulfill the AJGA’s mission of developing young men and women who aspire to earn college golf scholarships through competitive junior golf.

Leadership Links

What is Leadership Links?

Leadership Links is a new program whereby the AJGA is able to further its mission to help develop young men and women by teaching charitable giving skills and service-oriented practices at an early age. This program gives juniors all the tools necessary to donate their time, talent and resources to local charities and the AJGA youth development programs.
