Junior Round-up

Mina Harigae of Monterey, Calif., won the U.S. Women's Amateur Public Links championship. Harigae beat Eastern Michigan's Stephany Fleet 4 and 3 for her first USGA championship.

Cody Gribble, left, of Dallas won the Western Junior Championship. He fired rounds of 72-69-72-69 for a tournament total 282, two strokes better than Clayton Rotz of Chambersburg, Pa.

Drew Kittleson of Scottsdale, Ariz., shot a final-round 70 to finish second at the Northeast Amateur. Kittleson finished at
1-over -par 277 to finish two shots behind Dustin Johnson in one of the country’s most prestigious amateur events.

Professional Round-up

Hunter Mahan won the PGA TOUR's Travelers Championship. Mahan fired rounds of 62-71-67-65 for a tournament total 15-under-par 265 to capture his first PGA TOUR victory.

Lorena Ochoa won the LPGA Tour's Wegmans LPGA. Ochoa defeated In-Kyung Kim on the second playoff hole to capture the tournament for the second time in three years.
