to Host National Qualifier in May
The AJGA has added an additional opportunity
for players to build their Performance Based Entry
status during the 2007 season. The AJGA will host a
National Qualifier over Memorial Day weekend, May 26-28,
at Chateau Elan in Braselton, Ga.
Applications will become available Tuesday, April
17 at 3 p.m. EST. The AJGA National Qualifier is open
to all members and the field of 72 (boys and girls)
will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Fifty percent of the initial field is reserved for
2008 graduates.
The fee for the AJGA National Qualifier is $230. Performance
Based Entry is as follows:
BOYS
Champion – 2 Tournament Exemptions
Top 10 – 1
Tournament Exemption
Top 50% - 1 Performance Star
GIRLS
Champion – 2 Tournament
Exemptions
Top
3 – 1 Tournament Exemption
Top 50% - 1 Performance
Star
Please Note: The application for
the AJGA National Qualifier will be found in the AJGA
Player Center under “Apply
to Tournaments.” It will appear under Week: 10.
The tournament withdrawal deadline to receive a refund
is Tuesday, April 24.
